Used JR Heating for full replumb and installation of new boiler and gas, on 5 bed house. Also installing new bathroom suite, and tiling. Joe was polite, helpful, flexible, and aproblem solver. Joe kept project on time and to budget (Eg sourcing the same parts for cheaper than I had found them, and finding a good plasterer for me when mine fell-through). I was happy for Joe to be in the house while I was out and he provided regular updates to me. Would strongly recommend for all plumbing/heating jobs.

I've had a problem for a while with my underfloor heating - boiler would come on even when the thermostat was off, so I've been unable to automatically turn heating on and off. I have had heating specialists from British Gas and also independents taking a look, saying they can't sort, and then charging a fee. Marian was able with his skillset to pinpoint the problem to an electrical switch associated with the underfloor heating. So it is now fixed, and I am a very happy customer!

I don't usually leave reviews but I can not rate Craig high enough, I would give a 10 if I could! Felt awful when I found out it involved a bit more work as the radiators were a slightly different size to the originals due to imperial / metric measurements but was made to feel so comfortable and that nothing was too much trouble.
