Brilliant job done for us at short notice in an emergency to fix our old boiler

Please be very careful with this engineer, specially if you have an old boiler as he doesn't know how to diagnosis the issue properly and makes up very expensive other jobs when things go wrong. Had to hire someone else to do the same job properly as he wouldn't come to check on the mistake he made. Requested a refund, which he declined. Could of cost me a lot more if I had listened to him after things went wrong.

Replaced a major component of my boiler, which did not fix or repair the issue. Still charged me £190 for the part that I didn't need because he didn't want to be out of pocket. I shouldn't have been charged. Would not entertain this company again.
