Sorry to hear about your disappointment using our services, however the engineer on site did try to help you as much as possible fixing leaks inside the unserviced boiler free of charge! We did inform mr devlin parts can be very expensive and sometimes parts are very awkward to replace so it depends on the model. The engineer did find numerous faults on the boiler which was identified to yourself and also we never charged call out charge due to the expense of parts and Labour

Overcharged for a job by £100. I didn’t realise until after I’d paid (I assumed the difference was down to VAT). When I pointed it out they admitted as much but refused to refund the difference, claiming they had done an extra bit of work on the boiler (which, even if they did, they didn’t discuss with me). Very disappointing.

Engineer who attended was knowledgeable, professional and had customer service qualities, which is lacking with most tradesmen. Although could not fix the problem on the day, due to age of heating system, was provided with a solution as well as agreeing to undertake additional jobs not advertised. Will definitely recommend and use again.

I would say stay away for tradesmen like this, who flush the inside of my radiators with a shower hose, leaving a mess in the bath. Shame on you. Very basic service, and not professional at all. I should have taken videos, it's disgusting.

Job have not been finish because their machine brok down, but they charge me for the full price.For the second visit they asked to pay again ...So then turned up week after and finish the job... Now I will be taking them to small claim court.

Were disappointed that you would leave a one star review as you seemed understanding when we had a complication with our machine (at this point the power flush machine had been running for 4 hours and we told you it was still extremely dirty)however additional work was required and you agreed to pay,now the machine is fixed and the job is completed your refusing to pay.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM LANDLORDS LIKE THIS

The engeneer managed to restart the heating at the visit, although some parts and further work is needed for the heating system to function properly. The estimate has been provided promptly after the visit. Very good communication, prompt response and big thanks for the small miracle for tonight.
