DO NOT USE. Left me without any gas because he didn’t know how to reset a medium pressure regulator. Phoned me as I was out and then just left the property. He had already been paid! Had to call SGN out who reset it but couldn’t put the gas on as he hadn’t commissioned the appliance I had paid him to install. Had to pay another firm to come out and cap it off as an emergency. so my gas could be switched on. I am now back where I started. Complete disregard for safety.

Ola came on time to refit an old gas hob that needed replacing. He initially came to quote and he purchased the hob I wanted with full correspondence throughout. His work was first class taking his time to ensure all was in-order during the re-fit. Ola even fixed a gas isolation issue that was required for the gas supply to the hob - only charging for the parts. I have no hesitation in using Ola again and can thoroughly recommend his knowledge and workmanship.

Ola refitted and relocated my boiler from the bedroom to the loft. Before the job Ola spent time going around the house to provide me with a quote and working out the best way to complete the job, which was highly appreciated and transparent. This wasn’t an easy job, but we’re extremely hard working and managed to get the job done in one day to a very high standard. I am really pleased with the result and would recommend Ola to anyone needing his services. Things were tidy and reasonably priced. Thanks Ola!

I used Ola and his co worker from La-Poly plumbing and am very pleased with the job. The price was very good. The quality of work was excellent. Communication was good at all times. We agreed a date and the new boiler was fitted in a day. The kitchen was cleaned to spick and span at the end of the work day.

Ola did a great job. In the end, I decided to have a new boiler installed on a different wall in the kitchen. Ola and his colleague positioned the boiler and pipework perfectly, and were very thorough with the clean up afterwards. The boiler has been working perfectly during its first week and Ola has sent through the Vailant guarantee and gas safety certificate.

La-Poly are really good. I asked for a quote and it came back next day. Very competitive and they were even able to start the day after the items I purchase arrived. Very professional approach to the job. They located and fixed an electrical fault with the thermostat which had been bugging me for some time. Very tidy in their work, cleaned up very well. I particularly liked me buying the items with his advise as I could then chose the price. Altogether very pleased with their work.

Generally, if water keeps boiling and no where to flow to, the end result will be for the boiler main heat exchanger to start the banging noise. The below message was what you sent to me after you carefully observed your system

According to his message up here, all the radiators were not hot because the flow and return pipes were blocked by dirt and sludges and the boiler kept working which resulted into the banging noise from the main heat exchanger and when I recommended a total re- plumb of the heating pipe works, he refused.

Hello Ola, Have transferred balance £1000.00 to your bank. Had to turn boiler off. All radiators, apart from bathroom not working Water just pumping up to expansion tank. Making a a lot of noise. It seems to me that we will have to replace the pipework. Cheers Robin.

Very unhappy with this job. Boiler installed was too big for the number of radiators, with the consequence that we wake up to our boiler banging and crackling. The engineers have been from the manufacturers who advised me the reason.

It is not the size of the boiler that is the cause. The whole flow and return pipe work was blocked totally that we could not power flushed the system and we showed you. We now recommend a total re-plumbing of the heating pipe. After some days, you sent me a message that you too think it’s the pipework. If the won’t go from boiler when it’s hot and the boiler remains on, it will result to banging. The size of the boiler in your house is not really too big for the house but water couldn’t freely .

I would definitely recommend this company. I had my cooker plumbed in but had them back the next day to change the pipe behind the cooker as it was a free standing pipe. He did a lovely job and secured it. Really nice gentleman who takes pride in his work.

Really pleased with Ola and his team member who have just completed a handful of plumbing jobs we needed doing. Both courteous, polite, but also because we were both in the house today whilst they were doing the work, not encroaching on us, allowing us to get on with our own work. To start with the advert you made was wrong. It was a laminated floor which if i take it out , i wont be able to put it back as i dont do flooring and that was what i told you. Secondly, when you called me i asked you if the room has been stripped naked and you said yes, thinking the floor is with floor boards which can easily be put back after the job but to meet a laminated flooring. I wasnt rude in anyway, all i requested for was a consideration of my distant travel, and making me loose my next job.
