Joe kept project on time and to budget (Eg sourcing the same parts for cheaper than I had found them, and finding a good plasterer for me when mine fell-through). Felt awful when I found out it involved a bit more work as the radiators were a slightly different size to the originals due to imperial / metric measurements but was made to feel so comfortable and that nothing was too much trouble. It was a complicated job but Shaun was brilliant, tackling all unexpected problems calmly, putting in long days and offering useful advice the whole way along.
