Edit - after I published the review below they rang me up, apologised and gave me a full refund for the money I had spent. Was a wasted week waiting for a call back from them, to then hear that the diagnosis of the fault had changed, but fair play to them for holding their hands up. ------------------------ Terrible comms. Had an expensive initial visit. Was told that would be offset against the actual repair. Was told I would be called the same day to arrange actual repair. Never got a call back.
