Shocking work. Was quoted £1000 for the job of shower fit, tiling, moving a few pipes under the floor and sink and toilet. Colin FORGET to put the centre connecting chrome part on the shower panels...he cut the expensive panels short.....the tiling was shocking and so was the grouting.....he came with an apprentice whom had only been learning plumbing for a year and I suspect he may of done the work. We have paid him £500....but we have had to get a new tradesman in to redo the work. Have pics to prove!!

Tony arrived on time to provide an estimate for a shower repair. He rang in the evening to discuss the problem and offered a solution, as he had done some research on the internet. Had to ring and ask to come back as the boiler started leaking after the service was undertaken. Tradesman didnt turn up on original day agreed to remedy the leak but after a further phone call came back to remedy the leak without further charge.

We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.

I have 5 years in painting and decorating at 20 years old ( I have been painting since I was 15) and passed my level 2 with distinctions across the board. I came 2nd in a country wide painting competition of a total of 32 different people. I can Wallpaper, paint interior walls and ceilings and all woodwork. They guidance on issues that would possibly arise from replacing a couple of radiators on a very old system. They submitted their quote quickly and were able to do the job quite soon after. My name is Aidan. I am new to the area but by no means new to plumbing and the building trade. I moved here for love and left behind a very successful bathroom and plumbing installation company. I previously worked as recommended by a showroom company so I spent a lot of time creating beautiful bathrooms. My eye for detail really lent itself to the quality of finish, right across the board with tiling,plastering,plumbing, heating and kitchen fitting. I have worked on bathrooms where the materials chosen cost so much it’s scary. Likewise I can work on a B&Q £400 bathroom bundle. My gas safe certification is about to lapse however my knowledge and qualifications are of the highest standard, as this is a new beginning for me I am reluctant to retake the course right now until I understand how beneficial it will be for me in the future. As for me. I am a young man with 15 years on site experience that has always been willing to work hard and treat people fairly. I more than not keep customers for life and am always more than willing to go out of my way to keep people happy. I usually have my dog with me as he is my best bud and comes everywhere with me. Tom did a good job on replacing old boiler. The best about him is that he does care about his customers. The boiler replacement jobs should have lasted for 2 days and we were expecting no hot water and heating for both days. However Tom didn't leave the job 1st day until we had a hot water and heating in household for overnight use! Great Service!
