Accepted the job but ignored

Was impressed by all the other reviews however two stars as the job was completed but turned up on a different day/time to what was arranged with only a text message to notify. Told me as the job was progressing that they had installed a different size radiator than requested and managed to drill two holes through the wall. Also left some mess. Have communicated all the above to owners I personally wouldn't use again.

We had our old radiators replaced by Sutti and his team. Sutti was very friendly and polite every time we spoke both in person or phone/ texts. 4/5 radiator replacements no issues, only 1 had a small leakage afterwards. Sutti came back to fixed the problem after a week reporting the issue. I’d recommend his service.

We had hired Sutti and his team to renovate a toilet which included installation of a shower cabin and a vanity unit plus tiling. Highlight - They started the work on time and completed it exactly as promised by working for extended hours multiple days. Lowlights - The tiling work lacks finish and in many places the tiles are cut unevenly affecting the wall's look and in order to cover that, they have put thick silicone lining. Tiles near the door are badly aligned. Not worth for the money they charge.

Sutti, of Wilmslow Services, responded quickly to our request, communicated really well and arrived when planned. He worked hard to squeeze us into his busy diary as we needed the job doing asap. Friendly, polite, tidy and we felt really confident in his knowledge. I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wilmslow Services to friends and family We will definitely be using Sutti again.

Fantastic job, very professional and responsive. We had an old leaking radiator that needed attention ASAP, replaced with a very good modern radiator, very thorough and cleaned up well afterwards, also wore masks to protect us which was much appreciated. Will definitely use again with no hesitation.

Old radiator removed and new upright one fitted on a different wall Sutti arrived on time and although this job was not straight forward it was done perfectly would definitely use this company again 5 stars
