Did good job installing boiler, I did have a problem which should have been addressed and got overlooked, but put right now so I put it down to a misunderstanding.

Did a great job on installation, however when boiler started to leak only 9 months after installation, and is still not right now, he doesn't want to know, promised to come out to me to look at boiler and quote for new radiators and just never turned up or contacted me again. Good price to get the job, so bad customer service has reduced the star rating.

Very helpful and friendly. Came out and gave a quote straight away which was very reasonable. They were able to to do the job a week late which was great. Did some changes on request without issue. Knowledgeable about lots of things and would definitely use them again for a variety of other jobs. Cheers.

With so many bad tradesmen around it was important for me to feel confident about the tradesman; Eco Gas didn't disappoint. They knew there stuff and did a good job. I did have slightly cheaper quotes but they didn't fill me with confidence, so I feel it was certainly worth paying the extra. Many thanks.

Shaun gave a competitive quote and offered a range of boilers matching the requirements of the household, providing info on the pros and cons of each and enabling an informed choice. Shaun and his team tidied up each day so the house was clean and tidy, working long hours when necessary to keep to schedule. The workmanship was top quality and Shaun and his team were professional and polite at all time. No hidden extras, the quoted price was what I paid. I would highly recommend Shaun & Eco Gas.

Shaun from Eco Gas was excellent. He was on time each day, worked consistently and finished to schedule. His apprentice was guided throughout and was a polite and serious young man. The boiler I recommended was the best on the market with the longest guarantee. The price was good value for money and suited my budget. I was given additional information with regards to operating the boiler and the selling of my replaced boiler. I am very happy to recommend Shaun of Econ Gas.
