Ellis and son were very polite and hard working and turned up when they said they would. Did a very thorough job servicing my boiler and also installed google nest and replaced a sink waste. Would use them again.

Fantastic service, from the moment we booked Ellis, he created a WhatsApp group for us and messaged a few days before he was due to ensure everything was OK and that we were satisfied with what we required from him. He was prompt, cleaned up after himself and left everything tidy, went above and beyond to ensure that we got what we needed to be done that day. Very pleased with his professionalism and would be happy to use again.

Ellis was very efficient and friendly, very informative and helpful whilst decommissioning my boiler. He explained everything as he expected and made safe the boiler, that was now in disrepair. He suggested other replacement options available. I’m hoping to find a viable option and will definitely recommend Ellis and his associate, (forgive me I can’t remember his name).

I cannot recommend Ellis enough. He sorted the boiler problem out on the same day - within hours. The problem was immediately diagnosed and sorted and he did a boiler service for us. Price was reasonable and fair. Absolutely 5*. Highly recommended

Having specifically searched for my two-year-old gas boiler to be serviced, I was thrilled when EM Plumbing & Heating got back in touch. Extremely professional and helpful, the gentleman serviced my boiler, replaced a damaged part and serviced all my radiators and heated towel rad. Very fair price for service and additional part. Will use for all further heating issues. Extremely please A1*

Prompt reply to messages and quotes. Tackled fireplace professionally and clean. Also did additional job of replacing hot tap (which had very difficult access behind ceramic sink). Good service has meant repeat work installing radiator.
