We found Alwin to be a true professional, we were worried about who to use after hearing horror stories about plumbers. Alwin however put our mind at risk very quickly, and even though the job became a lot larger then initially expected he managed to finish within our timescales. Since then we have had a couple of minor issues with the bathroom, however Alwin has come over to repair them immediately which I have found very impressive. I would certainly recommend AA plumbing in the future.

Martin did i great job fixing our over flow in our toilet which was using a lot of wasted water costing us money, he came around asap and i would recommend Martin to anyone looking for a plumber and also fantastic value for money. He also noticed our toilet seat was broken and came round on a sunday afternoon to fix a new one for me as this toilet seat was not your normal toilet seat fittings (wish it was) . Adam was very polite and was carefull not to disrupt the house when he was working. The standard of his work is very high and he told me he treats every job as if he was doing it in his own home. I only put reliability at 4 stars because the job did take longer as he had to go back to the factory to get the doors trimmed because they were a fraction to big. He did this willingly even though he had to travel to Oxford. I would recomend him to anyone and I will deffinately use him again.

I've had a problem for a while with my underfloor heating - boiler would come on even when the thermostat was off, so I've been unable to automatically turn heating on and off. I have had heating specialists from British Gas and also independents taking a look, saying they can't sort, and then charging a fee. Marian was able with his skillset to pinpoint the problem to an electrical switch associated with the underfloor heating. So it is now fixed, and I am a very happy customer!
