We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. These guys did a great job for us. They responded to my job posting within 15 minutes and arrived on time when they came round for a site visit and having discussed the job and identified more serious problems with the central heating, gave me a quote for the whole job which I later accepted. They took a couple of days to fix the system and were efficient and reliable and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, I'm please with the work standard and the cost and would definately use them again if needed.

I've had a problem for a while with my underfloor heating - boiler would come on even when the thermostat was off, so I've been unable to automatically turn heating on and off. I have had heating specialists from British Gas and also independents taking a look, saying they can't sort, and then charging a fee. Marian was able with his skillset to pinpoint the problem to an electrical switch associated with the underfloor heating. So it is now fixed, and I am a very happy customer!

Lolli did an absolutely fantastic job creating a beautiful new bathroom for our home. He worked very long hours and along with Johnny always left the site clean and tidy. We were particularly impressed with Lolli's attention to detail and perfectionism. There were several issues that came up during the process, as our bathroom is very small with wonky walls and an uneven floor but Lolli rose to the challenge and found a solution for every problem. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I'm already planning for him to come back and build our en-suite and install our central heating as soon as we can find room in the budget!
