From the first visit through to agreeing the quote and starting the work, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Dan, who runs the business, was excellent throughout clear communication, good advice, and very well organised. Marlen and the tilers and painters all did a great job, and the quality of the finish speaks for itself. Dan was absolutely brilliant - he emailed the evening of the day that I posted the job and we talked the following morning. I described what was required (emergency boiler replacement) and he came back to me with a quote by lunchtime. After I confirmed the quote he arranged for someone to drive to London to collect the new boiler and Marlon was with us first thing the next morning. He was very friendly and professional, worked hard all day and left us with a fully functioning boiler. Excellent service.

I recently had Akoni Construction come out to decommission a water tank in our loft and replace our hot water cylinder, converting our heating to an unvented system. Dan and Marlan were excellent, they managed to fit us in quickly, and the quality of their workmanship has been outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We’re already working with the Akoni team on our next project, and they’re definitely contacts that will stay in my phone

A very talented and highly professional team that made sure we were actively engaged on every step of a large project, covering nearly every trade possible, with one clear and obvious intention - to make all of our aspirations come true. Dan and his team have been professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful from the first interaction. He helped us to explore what we wanted from our new bathroom and gave expert opinion where we needed it. He was able to smoothly assign tradespeople as the project progressed, all of whom we were introduced to, and kept informed at every stage. The workmanship and effort he and his team have put in, in every aspect of our project has been brilliant, they really put themselves out to achieve a great result.

I asked Dan to come and quote for an extension and when he came I also asked to quote for a complete renovation of my bathroom. I have since had my bathroom done. Dan gave me lots of help and advice to work out what would work best in my bathroom and get exactly what I wanted. I trusted his choices and expertise and left alot of the decisions to him and I am glad I did. He and all his team were lovely and helpful and Dan kept me in the loop with each step and was honest and clear with time scales. Thank you

We were very happy with the work done by Dan and his team at Akoni Construction. I had a 20m2 porcelain patio laid which looks fantastic. It is evident that they have taken time and care over the work completed. They also had the expertise for a second job I added to pebbledash a wall on our rear extension, which now matches the rest of the house perfectly. Very clear communication throughout the job and completed very promptly. I would absolutely use them again. Many thanks for your work

No hesitation in recommending Dan and his team, they added an extension including kitchen to my house. Could not be happier with the work they completed, outstanding quality and their attention to detail is beyond expectation. I was apprehensive about starting building work due to the stress that I thought it would bring, but Dan took over and did everything for me, he was always on the end of the phone if I had a question and totally transparent throughout.

I had quotes from 3 companies but none came close to the service and attention to detail that Akoni provided me. Dan saw things I had not even believed were an option. He is an absolute professional, prompt at responses and the finish to all rooms has been brilliant. The team - well what can I say, just like their boss they are absolute professionals. Every single member is polite and the quality of their work is excellent. My neighbors have also commented on how amazing they are. Highly recommend.
