About AKONI CONSTRUCTION LTD

Akoni is a building company who can provide you with peace of mind and satisfaction. Our primary aim is to make sure our clients are respected and listened too with what they want to achieve. Over 20 years experience previously known as Aquafix which was predominantly bathrooms and heating systems. We branched out into our own developments and renovations. We now cover all trades and can supply you with the best results. All trades are fully qualified with years and years of experience. We aim to work closely with our clients from start to finish and use some great designers, architects, and structural engineers to help the process easy and take the stress away from you.

Dan and his team were truly exceptional from start to finish! A very talented and highly professional team that made sure we were actively engaged on every step of a large project, covering nearly every trade possible, with one clear and obvious intention - to make all of our aspirations come true. The attention to detail on every aspect was superb, alongside excellent craftmanship delivering a tremendous finish. The Team were punctual, very friendly, always enjoyable to have in our home! Dan and his team have been professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful from the first interaction. He helped us to explore what we wanted from our new bathroom and gave expert opinion where we needed it. He was able to smoothly assign tradespeople as the project progressed, all of whom we were introduced to, and kept informed at every stage. The workmanship and effort he and his team have put in, in every aspect of our project has been brilliant, they really put themselves out to achieve a great result.

Dan and his team did a great job of replacing our tired en-suite, which was installed as a temporaty measure when we moved into our house 14 years ago. Each member of the team was polite, tidy and highly skilled. We are really pleased with the end result. Thanks

I asked Dan to come and quote for an extension and when he came I also asked to quote for a complete renovation of my bathroom. I have since had my bathroom done. Dan gave me lots of help and advice to work out what would work best in my bathroom and get exactly what I wanted. I trusted his choices and expertise and left alot of the decisions to him and I am glad I did. He and all his team were lovely and helpful and Dan kept me in the loop with each step and was honest and clear with time scales. Thank you

We were very happy with the work done by Dan and his team at Akoni Construction. I had a 20m2 porcelain patio laid which looks fantastic. It is evident that they have taken time and care over the work completed. They also had the expertise for a second job I added to pebbledash a wall on our rear extension, which now matches the rest of the house perfectly. Very clear communication throughout the job and completed very promptly. I would absolutely use them again. Many thanks for your work

No hesitation in recommending Dan and his team, they added an extension including kitchen to my house. Could not be happier with the work they completed, outstanding quality and their attention to detail is beyond expectation. I was apprehensive about starting building work due to the stress that I thought it would bring, but Dan took over and did everything for me, he was always on the end of the phone if I had a question and totally transparent throughout.

I had quotes from 3 companies but none came close to the service and attention to detail that Akoni provided me. Dan saw things I had not even believed were an option. He is an absolute professional, prompt at responses and the finish to all rooms has been brilliant. The team - well what can I say, just like their boss they are absolute professionals. Every single member is polite and the quality of their work is excellent. My neighbors have also commented on how amazing they are. Highly recommend.

A kind and considerate gentleman can to check and fix gas. His knowledge was outstanding. He kept us up today with everything he was doing and why it needed to be done. We knew exactly the cost upfront , so no hidden bills. It was obvious that safety was his priority and assured us that he wouldn’t leave until the issue was fixed. He was efficient and thorough . We felt at ease and would use him again. We recommend if you need gas engineer we recommend that you use this company. Fantastic job. Thankyou

Dan (akoni construction ltd) did a fantastic job for us. Removed kitchen/dining room wall, (moving boiler,water,gas & electrics). Put in some bi-folds Fitted a lovely new kitchen Layer LVT flooring throughout ground floor Decorated Very helpful, listened to what we wanted, put forward his ideas and things we'd not thought about. No hesitation recommending him.
