Gas / Heating engineer

Duran was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He carried out the annual service of our Valiant combo-boiler, changed out a fuse and replaced another part that were no longer to code, and gave us useful advice on adjusting the settings on the boiler to maximise performance/manage costs. Would highly recommend.

Duran was outstanding. He responded quickly, scheduled a review visit, ordered our new pump and fixed a tricky wiring issue in under a week. I was extremely grateful for his time management. I have a crazy work schedule and he respected that and was mindful of my time. I would highly recommend Duran and would definitely use him again for another plumbing issue. Truly exceptional.

Duran was able to attend promptly to assist with my issue. He was knowledgeable and friendly . The issue could not be resolved the same day due to a part needing to be replaced, but he returned the following day to complete the task. Reasonably pricedand would def use again
