Gas / Heating engineer

The engineer was friendly and helpful. He worked methodically and was very professional in what he was doing. I was relieved that he was not deterred by the nature of the problem and he knew exactly what he needed to do and proceeded to work through the tests and proceedures to establish the nature of the problem. I would thoroughly recommend this company and would keep them in mind for any further problems.

Initial contact with call handler was fine and efficient. Listened to problem. The engineer was patronising, late, only wanted to upsell, or talk himself out the job. He was so patronising I asked him to leave. Never use them again.

Very friendly customer service and gave me all the information I needed. The plumbing issue persisted so I was very happy that they got in contact with the tradesperson again to come back out. I've only taken a star off as I was calling back late at night but no one picked up, so had to call back again in the morning.

Couldn’t really fault All Home Repairs - they were very attentive, and were in touch with me within minutes of me submitting my details. That also managed to source an emergency electrician on a Sunday when my insurance company couldn’t. They supported me through to the end of the process ensuring I got invoices, receipts and reports for my insurer. A bit expensive but I did get a full reimbursement from my insurer.

The actual engineer was fine and did a good job. BUT THIS COMPANY ARE MIDDLE MEN. JOB COST TWICE AS MUCH AS AN ENGINEER SHOULD. AVOID, THEY ARE CROOKS AND THIEVES AND IT'S A DISGRACE THAT TRUSTED TRADER LIST THEM.
