The actual engineer was fine and did a good job. BUT THIS COMPANY ARE MIDDLE MEN. JOB COST TWICE AS MUCH AS AN ENGINEER SHOULD. AVOID, THEY ARE CROOKS AND THIEVES AND IT'S A DISGRACE THAT TRUSTED TRADER LIST THEM.

They took £80 from me, and I was supposed to hear from them within the hour. That was four hours ago. They do not respond to messages. I would recommend having nothing to do with them.

I telephoned the company on Saturday and was delighted to learn that an engineer could attend on Sunday morning to clear our blocked drain. It was completed by a professional, pleasant and helpful engineer. We were very pleased with the service and will certainly recommend the company to neighbours and use it again if the need arises.
