Their communication was generally very good. My appt was booked for 12-3pm, however no one turned up. I contacted them and a replacement plumber was quickly booked for that evening, who did turn up on time and able to complete the job in under an hour. Part way through, the first plumber called to say he was on his way!

Appallingly bad company of middlemen who do nothing more than charge you money for passing your details on to an actual plumber. Plus they simply snap up urgent plumbing jobs on here and then don't contact you. Avoid this firm and wait for an actual plumber to respond, one did on this job about 10 minutes later and he was superb - plus far cheaper! Don't pay a middleman extra casg when you can go direct to a plumber and save yourself hundreds!

I posted the job got an immediate reply to say this company were interested in providing a quote. I heard nothing, I even emailed them through this app and nothing back. Time wasters!

The engineer was friendly and helpful. He worked methodically and was very professional in what he was doing. I was relieved that he was not deterred by the nature of the problem and he knew exactly what he needed to do and proceeded to work through the tests and proceedures to establish the nature of the problem. I would thoroughly recommend this company and would keep them in mind for any further problems.

Initial contact with call handler was fine and efficient. Listened to problem. The engineer was patronising, late, only wanted to upsell, or talk himself out the job. He was so patronising I asked him to leave. Never use them again.
