we recently employed m.p.g building services to refurbish our bathroom. Mark did an exceptional job, fitting new bath,w,c. heated towel rail, sink vanity unit and an electric pump to increase water pressure in bathroom. He also re-tiled the floor and walls . All work was carried out to a high spec and in a professional manner. Mark was always courteous,punctual and responsive to our requirements. We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. From the very start working with these guys was simple. On the weekend they turned up to view the job I had and by Tuesday they arrived promptly and just got on with it. Nicolay came to fit a new integrated fridge for me. He had previously taken a lot of trouble trying to find new hinges for my old fridge, which I decided against in the end. On both visits he rang me to tell me he would be late as he was stuck in traffic, and he did a very good job with my fridge, taking trouble to get the door perfectly aligned (which it wasn't before!). His charge was extremely reasonable, and I shall certainly use him again as I see from his website that he is multi-skilled.
