Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. From the very start working with these guys was simple. On the weekend they turned up to view the job I had and by Tuesday they arrived promptly and just got on with it. Nicolay came to fit a new integrated fridge for me. He had previously taken a lot of trouble trying to find new hinges for my old fridge, which I decided against in the end. On both visits he rang me to tell me he would be late as he was stuck in traffic, and he did a very good job with my fridge, taking trouble to get the door perfectly aligned (which it wasn't before!).
