Good tradesman, well equipped with quality tools, attention to detail - e.g. the powered plane used to trim doors to fit had a dust bag to collect the shavings was impressive, also first task inside the door was to fit overshoes to protect my new carpets. New screw fixings used as appropriate too to eliminate unknowns. We'd had a pre call on the 'phone to understand these requirements and fully delivered on them. Most excellent, discussed other capabilities too, to keep in my address book.

Very happy with my flooring. I would recommend using idyllic floors if you want no hassle and your flooring in quickly. Mine was fitted in a day and I've noticed a lot of fitters quote days to fit. Which doesn't help if you get one day off a week from work or you want it done in a weekend. Mine was a big flat. Very happy and would defo use them again and recommend to friends and family

Nothing was too much trouble - I wasn't too sure about how things work- Ben was always at the end of the phone, I asked for lots of different prices so I could make an informed decision - nothing was too much trouble. Michael came to our house at 5.30pm to fit our under floor heating in 3 rooms at very short notice. He arrived promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. He refitted our insulation as it had been put down wrong by our builder with no problem at all. He stayed until the job was complete which was 1.30am! we was so grateful, Really nice guy, very clean.
