The push button on the toilet broke, as not able to flush toilet Aquarius came to replace. 29th June 2009 - Shower leaking, water coming through ceiling leaving a puddle on the floor downstairs, will the problems ever end!

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

Terrible...... Just terrible... Late, missed appts and poor quality I had thought this contractor did a good job in the first instance, but it turns out it was very sub par. I had to recall him to do the finishing and to be honest it wasn't to my satisfaction. I'm now left with a kitchen floor that lacks the finesse of a professional. When I questioned it he became aggressive and walked out citing "I don't need this" . I WOULD NOT recommend this tradesman to anyone if you're needing a good state of finish.

Lowes Construction installed a bathroom for us initially the work appeared to be good but he took 4 times the length of time quoted, he asked for his money leaving some of the jobs unfinished and then would not respond to our calls, e mails or letters asking when the work would be finished. When notified that the shower leaked, sinks were incorrectly positioned, damaged panel not replaced. he did not return to repair any of the problems raised. I would not reccomend anyone to employ this company.

Originally the man was our hero, baby fast approaching and no floor,He priced up the job and came two days later! Fantastic! But then what a turn it took, Lawrence had to come back a second time to do our beading and fit a customized threshold, the beading came away next day and he never did fit the threshold after promising six times he would come, but never did. Real shame as started off so well. He has now blocked us from calling and owes us £50 which i paid in advance, more fool me.

Gave a good impression when he came to price up the work. After the work was completed there were issues with the overall standard of the finish and also a problem with a specific aspect of the work. Tried to contact him in order for this to be corrected but he did not answer my calls or respond to messages. Had to get someone else to put it right. I would not recommend this tradesman.

Unreliable. He came to give quote and we agreed a date to start work. He didn't turn up, no communication from him. Kept saying he would turn up on various days then didn't. No communication. I booked holidays from work, so lost them. Eventually text me to say he will start the following week. No communication since them even though I have tried several times.

Arrived on time to discuss a quote swapped idea's prices and options. Stated he could do the work for £1100 I asked him to go and check his figuers make me a written quote, I also asked to see a picture of the bath and fitting he intended to use on my bathroom. Rapid response was good, but after that it was downhill all the way. It took most of a day to do what I would expect a competent plumber to be able to do in 2 houirs. In that time he replaced the existing parts with a new syphon. The flush now worked but the bowls was very slow to empty. He left telling me there must be a blockage in the drains and drains were not his area of expertise. Dynorod came out next day and told me the drains were clear and that almost certainly the reason was that this was a siphonic system and the plumber had not supplied an essential part for this type of system. This turned out to be correct when I finally tracked down the missing part and got a different plumber out to fix it. I would advise anyone needing a plumber to look elsewhere.
