I was apprehensive at first before making my first enquiries to get my job done as I haven’t done this kind of thing before. I was contacted by Nick at New Builds and he came to visit the site and explained everything to me in detail. The team at New Builds handled the job exceptionally well and kept me updated throughout the process. I was made aware of the costs all the way through which was helpful. A true 'old-school tradesman' (in the best possible sense!). A courteous and respectful craftsman who took a real pride in the work he performed - a massive job; 14 radiator central heating install with new boiler (no previous CH in the1890's house). We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Martin did i great job fixing our over flow in our toilet which was using a lot of wasted water costing us money, he came around asap and i would recommend Martin to anyone looking for a plumber and also fantastic value for money. He also noticed our toilet seat was broken and came round on a sunday afternoon to fix a new one for me as this toilet seat was not your normal toilet seat fittings (wish it was) . Adam was very polite and was carefull not to disrupt the house when he was working. The standard of his work is very high and he told me he treats every job as if he was doing it in his own home. I only put reliability at 4 stars because the job did take longer as he had to go back to the factory to get the doors trimmed because they were a fraction to big. He did this willingly even though he had to travel to Oxford. I would recomend him to anyone and I will deffinately use him again.
