We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. Martin did i great job fixing our over flow in our toilet which was using a lot of wasted water costing us money, he came around asap and i would recommend Martin to anyone looking for a plumber and also fantastic value for money. He also noticed our toilet seat was broken and came round on a sunday afternoon to fix a new one for me as this toilet seat was not your normal toilet seat fittings (wish it was) . We hired Shaun to re-plumb and re-tile our bathroom after previous builders had botched the job and left it in a terrible state. It was a complicated job but Shaun was brilliant, tackling all unexpected problems calmly, putting in long days and offering useful advice the whole way along. He cleared up after himself everyday, caused us minimal disruption and finished on time regardless of setbacks. The bathroom looks fantastic and we'll be asking Shaun back to do the kitchen.
