We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. Martin did i great job fixing our over flow in our toilet which was using a lot of wasted water costing us money, he came around asap and i would recommend Martin to anyone looking for a plumber and also fantastic value for money. He also noticed our toilet seat was broken and came round on a sunday afternoon to fix a new one for me as this toilet seat was not your normal toilet seat fittings (wish it was) . So all in all Penny plumbing is one a would recommend .

Quiet unassuming craftsman, totally reliable, turned up when he said he would and did a very good job. Used JR Heating for full replumb and installation of new boiler and gas, on 5 bed house. Also installing new bathroom suite, and tiling. Joe was polite, helpful, flexible, and aproblem solver. Joe kept project on time and to budget (Eg sourcing the same parts for cheaper than I had found them, and finding a good plasterer for me when mine fell-through). I was happy for Joe to be in the house while I was out and he provided regular updates to me. Would strongly recommend for all plumbing/heating jobs.

I don't usually leave reviews but I can not rate Craig high enough, I would give a 10 if I could! Felt awful when I found out it involved a bit more work as the radiators were a slightly different size to the originals due to imperial / metric measurements but was made to feel so comfortable and that nothing was too much trouble. Really appreciated that the quoted price had not changed at all given the extra work! Outstanding service, very friendly, we will definately be using again! Thank you CMS.

As with any larger projects, a couple of changes needed to be made as we went along however they were entirely adaptable and proactive with advice.
