I always have some trepidation when contacting somebody to look at a faulty boiler, especially while being new to the area. What a relief to find an honest capable tradesman. Quick to respond to the invitation & the quoted price was competitive. An appointment was arranged for a few days later. The engineer that came to do the work exemplified every professional attribute you'd expect.. When he left I was very happy. Then I found the inhibitor bottle had been left on the window cill - forgotten - seal unbroken. It took a bit of to-ing a froing to get them to send someone back to complete the job, but the young lad returned apologised finished the job in 25 mins. Happy customer.

Very friendly and efficent service. Tom texted me 15 minutes before my appointment to advise he was on his way. Tom arrived on time and immediately went to work to fix the broken taps in my bathroom and Kitchen. Steve checked the boiler for the source of the leak. Then he checked the availability and price of the offending part; but feeling it was too expensive for what it was he advised that he would effect a repair, which he did. Knowing how much the cost of the part was and how much Steve actually charged me I can tell you this is a genuine person who is not out to rip you off. And on top of that he's a nice fella, He takes one sugar in his coffee.

Paul and Dave did a great job. My garden was in such a mess!! Weeding was done, ivy growing around walls cut back. Worst job of all was the roots of a conifer growing under slabs. They lifted up slabs digging up and cutting back heavy roots. Slabs, including 3 further slabs were relaid. Added to that lawns were neatly cut. They tidied up after work was completed. Excellent work done in a professional way. 11/10 I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done
