Quick to respond to the invitation & the quoted price was competitive. An appointment was arranged for a few days later. The engineer that came to do the work exemplified every professional attribute you'd expect.. When he left I was very happy. Then I found the inhibitor bottle had been left on the window cill - forgotten - seal unbroken. It took a bit of to-ing a froing to get them to send someone back to complete the job, but the young lad returned apologised finished the job in 25 mins. Happy customer.

Excellent job by Matt and his company. Great advice during the "sales visit". Quick to come out and attended when promised. New boiler installed and old tanks removed in a day. System is working well and we have agreed a maintenance contract with Matt based on the quality of service.

Matt replaced an old Combi boiler and radiators throughout for me in Dec. 18. The price quoted was very competitive and there were no hidden extras. The work was done on / ahead of schedule and the work areas all left tidy and clean. There was one minor little snag which Matt promptly popped round and sorted first thing the next morning. Overall would highly recommend Matt as he is a professional worker and a very pleasant chap.

Contacted Matt to replace broken heated towel rail then decided to do complete bathroom refurb replace toilet, sink, towel rail, remove tiles and replace with wall panels remove old flooring and board out the floor ready for vinyl. A faultless professional service from Matt and his team at all times was received. Prices for all jobs were very reasonable, I couldn't be more pleased with the finish. Matt even replaced the whole skirting when a small section of the original got damaged. Highly recommend.

Matthew made a good first impression when he came to check the job, and that finally edged it over the other two guys. His price and his workmanship were first class, and I got what it says on the tin. There was the odd problem but he soon sorted alternatives out, to ensure the whole job was completed on time. His apprentice was also a good keen worker, and together they are a great team. I would definitely use him again, and recommend anyone to give him a call.

I would highly recommend BROGAS. They removed my old boiler system and reinstalled new combo-boiler and radiators, including all new pipe work. Matt and Ashley are very knowledgeable, professional and tidy. They undertook additional fixes and scheduled fit outs around room renovations, over a couple of months at my request. Nothing too much trouble. Good, honest, hardworking tradesmen - a hard sort to find and at a very reasonable cost. Very pleased with their work.

It’s been capped off under the bath but I need to know if I require it to go out the loft. I am getting mixed messages on google.

    Hi Sandra. The main soil stack usually will go up higher this is to allow air to get in so that the waist water can drain with no problem. If it’s a smaller pipe then this would be ok being capped off. I hope I have helped. If you need any more help please just ask

I want to remove my immersion heater as I renovated and removed the bath, I want to install instant water heater. Is this wise? And would it be cheaper to run?

    Hi dale, have you thought about having a combi boiler fitted ? This would supply you with instant hot water and also can run your heating also. Boiler now are A rated and are a lot more cost effective. Thanks Matt
