The electrical test on bathroom installation was eventually conducted and the safety certificate issued on the 16 November 2012. Now still waiitng for the repair of leak from the bathroom into recess light in the hallway below reported issue to C & S Plumbing on the 12 November 2012 but due to my initial complaint about the certificate which they discovered later they have refused to honor their word and warrenty. Now quoted in excess of £400 by another plumber to repair C & S work. Update to be provided

Completely trustworthy, punctual, always left the house as it was prior to him doing the day's work, cleaned the mess daily, polite, informative, friendly, so much so I left him with my keys to carry out the work whilst I was in work. Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.
