Kes installed my new kitchen, boxed pipes and changed the front door lock! He was very polite hard working and gave a very competitive price and has extreme attention to detail!. A very trustworthy individual and reliable. It took a total of 3 days for Kes to install the kitchen to an amazing standard. One day he worked flat out from 9am to 9:30pm to get the job done! Really disappointed with Callan. He did not have the competence for the job as the central heating system was more complex than he had seen before. This is not my complaint though. My complaint is that he did not fully tighten a valve in the hot water pipe which runs through my garage so nearly flooded it and he left the bed rooms completely without any heat - none of the upstairs radiators work now and he took one of the valves. That's either theft or just absent mindedness. He also doesn't return calls.

I would definately recommend Harry from HTH. I found him through ratedpeople and after working for a few years for some big plumbing companies he is starting out on his own. We had a change of plan and decided to have our en suite shower cubicle ripped out and replaced (it was old and leaking). Lee made several suggestions as to style and colour which have worked really well. It looks really great. We were very satisfied with the qualiry of his workmanship, timekeeping and reliability. Peter did a fantastic job doing a complete bathroom renovation for me. The old suite was removed and all the old tiling, he fitted the new shower, toilet, basin, heated towel rail to my complete satisfaction and did several other little jobs we asked him to do which we hadn't included in the original plan. The tiling he did was beautiful and he went out of his way to make sure we were completely happy at each stage of the project. He arrived promptly every morning and put in an 8 hour day. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We used Fabio to turn our family bathroom into two ensuite wet room shower rooms. We found him very honest and reliable, working weekends to get the job done in time! We did have additional costs but in fairness that was due to our house and us not knowing what we actually wanted to do, not him.
