Muhammad called within a few minutes of me posting the job to rated people. Very professional. We agreed a time after a few messages about the issue. He came the same day to fix a faulty motor valve in our hot water system. Did the job quickly and as you’d want from a trader coming into your home. I would highly recommend

Plumb Tribe, what can I say other than absolutely brilliant. I've had a stream of so called boiler engineers come through my door, none of whom could fix my system. I put a message on Rated People saying I only wanted someone who knew what they were doimg on particular system, Muhammad responded and has been the only person who took the time to work out the issues and solve them. Heating working like when it was new. Big thank you to Plumb Tribe from me and my toasty warm family.

Got a phone call immediately after posting job with a call out quote. Muhammad followed up with calls to arrange for an appointment next day. Notified me when he’s arriving late due to traffic. Got the problem fixed on the day and explained the reasons and recommended ways how to prevent it next time. It was a nice experience working with him.
