Floor fitters

Universal Plastering should be renamed to "UNIVERSITY for Universal ..." They can do anything and they can do the best. They did my damaged floors - magically, but they helped with bits and pieces throughout my flat. Not in our contract, not for money, just out of being good people. Gezim and Joni are professionals to their core. Spot on time, no cutting corners on client's expense, the best materials, the best workers. Hence...Joni, Gezim, and Universal Plastering will be my choice for any future work.

Our job was a difficult and messy one ; first locating a leak then repairing the damage caused by it and finally restoring our bathroom and utility room . I can't praise Gezim and his team highly enough . They tackled the problem with expertise , all the time keeping us informed of what was being done . Their punctuality and reliability were excellent and every day before they left our house they tidied and cleaned the floors so no mess was left . I can thoroughly recommend Universal Plastering .

Gezim and his team arrived on time to do the job (re-skimming two bedrooms). They were very professional and we were very pleased with the quality of the work. We were comfortable leaving them in the house whilst we were away at work as they were very reliable and honest. We would not hesitate to recommend and will use them again on another room.

Job was to strip old render off an outdoor wall and recover, also blocking up some old vent holes and repairing patches of damp indoor plaster on the other side. Universal were quick to quote, available soon and were reasonably priced for the job, and relative to other firms. They were also sure to fix one minor point before declaring the job done. Would happily recommend them to others looking for something similar.

I can't fault Gezim. His quote was competitive, he's knowledgeable, turns up when he says he will, and is flexible. He knew I was in a rush to get my ceilings plastered, and he reworked his schedule to fit me in. His work was of a very high standard, and he even did small jobs - such as filling in several holes in my wall - without being asked and without requesting payment. He also gave me general advice on DIY issues and recommended a painter when I said I needed one. An all-round good bloke, and someone I would definitely use again.

Gezim and his team did a brilliant job and I highly recommend him. He was punctual, reliable and went out of his way to be helpful. The job turned out to be more complicated than originally thought but he sorted it out effortlessly without charging extra. The quality of the work, in particular the plastering, was excellent. I will definitely use him again.

Universal Plastering are thoroughly reliable, reputable and professional plasterers. I cannot speak highly enough of the work they carried out for us. They responded at short notice to our job, quoted a reasonable price after a fair and thorough assesment of the work required and carried out the plastering in a timely and efficient manner, The overall finish was exquisite in a very large and awkwardly shaped room and they were extremely tidy tradesmen. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone and intend to use them again in the future. With this firm you are guaranteed to be happy with the end results.

Universal Plastering did an excellent job of a bedroom and hallway. They took down a ceiling, put a new ceiling up plus skimmed a long complicated hallway. They were very tidy, and cleaned up after themselves. We were very grateful that they worked very long days to ensure that the job took as little time as possible as we have a young baby. We would highly recommend them.

Universal Plastering and their electricians replastered and installed spotlights throughout my flat. They responded very quickly to my quote request, and knowing I needed the work completed ASAP, they where able to carry out the work at very short notice. The total cost was very competitive and I'm very pleased with the quality of the work. The place now looks fantastic and I'm very happy to recommend them. In fact I have already passed on their details to friends.

I honestly couln't be happier with the work he did. worked very hard, reasonable price. very knowledgeable and suggested lots of things to us that we hadn't thought of. worked very fast when we explained that we had less time to do the job than we originally thought. even when he made a mistake with the lights he sent around a friend of his who was an electrician who fixed it up for us. finish is great as well. we'll certainly be having him back to do more work as required
