Oli is superb. Tidy, conscious, and adaptable. He stripped out the plasterboard walls and studwork in our home prior to remodelling. He worked quickly and confidently and respected our home. Whilst stripping out he came across some asbestos and he dealt with it appropriately, contacting an asbestos registered colleague and bagging it up and safety removing it at a very reasonable cost. We plan on using him again soon

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

The workman was very quick to come out and replace the seal on my bath. One month later, the seal lifted and needed to be done again. I have called, texted, left voicemails and still have not managed to get the workman to come back round to replace. I have now given up and learnt to reseal the bath myself. Therefore, I have unfortunately had to change the rating and comments of this job.

These two builders are very competent at their skill; they are neat and clean and very professional. Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.

Nice bloke, but after the first day of hanging wallpaper my wife had concerns. The cutting of edges were all over the place. Not a straight edge anywhere. I tried to make excuses for Alan as our walls are not perfect. However, on the 2nd day to do a small feature wall, I have to say that even I am really disappointed. Again, no straight cuts and also gaps in the joins. I honestly wish I had taken the time to do it myself.

I was very pleased with punctuality and value for money. However, one of the jobs quoted and paid for i.e. fixing the toilet has not been done properly and is as bad as before he looked at it and my calls have been ignored for 3 weeks to rectify this. also a crack in a wall keeps reappearing and there was red paint on a cream carpet which was not brought to my attention and a professional carpet cleaner could not remove.
