Main job completed successfully. Secondary job (radiator pipe) still leaking. A boiler check was agreed as part of the overall work, but never done. The main issue however: incredibly unreliable. Only actually turned up the third time we agreed on a date. Then promised to do the aforementioned boiler check at a later date, and despite many many attempts on my side to set a date for that, eventually simply stopped responding. Would not recommend.

Charlie was fantastic from start to finish. He arrived on time and after a really thorough investigation he managed to solve the issue promptly. Charlie has a very professional manner and I would highly recommend his services to others.

Charlie was quick to respond to the job and give me a call. He popped round at the time he said too! Clear communication, reasonable price and most importantly, investigated to make sure it wasn't *actually* an issue so he did not over charge me.
