Gave me best value options for the job and completed to a very high standard. Also did a few other bits like replacing missing tiles and making my cracked ceiling look new again. I put this job on rated people on the Monday, had a call from Peter, from Bright ways heating on the same day and a quote on the same day. Was booked in for a radiator being moved on the Thursday of the same week. Work was done well and to a high standard as it wasn't an easy job as we have concrete floors and a trench in the floor had to be dug. He was prompt and reliable and got the work done quickly. Can't comment on price as only got one quote as needed the job done quickly.

This chap needs to go back to Plumbing college and then spend a couple of years as an apprentice before going out on his own again. Unprepared for the job (despite being given a photographic brief), no rawlplugs, no waste pipe clips, no toilet waste pipe, no extension lead, no dust pan and brush etc etc. Toilet leaked two days after he 'finished' the job. Couldn't face having him back.

With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

Oli is superb. Tidy, conscious, and adaptable. He stripped out the plasterboard walls and studwork in our home prior to remodelling. He worked quickly and confidently and respected our home. Whilst stripping out he came across some asbestos and he dealt with it appropriately, contacting an asbestos registered colleague and bagging it up and safety removing it at a very reasonable cost. We plan on using him again soon

I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

They could not do the job because the electric hot water tank they install is a standard size. I need a emersion water tank that is no more than 450mm in diameter. But they were very polite and got back to me and were honest about why they could not do the job.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.
