They could not do the job because the electric hot water tank they install is a standard size. I need a emersion water tank that is no more than 450mm in diameter. But they were very polite and got back to me and were honest about why they could not do the job.

Luke fitting a BAXI 830 combo boiler with new vertical flue, mag flush and new wireless thermostat. Job went very smoothly - Luke replies to queries and questions very promptly which was a great assurance as this was the first time I had any work done by him.

Luke completed the boiler fitting very well with good liaison with the tenant to arrange times etc. Unfortunately, the boiler needed a new flue and the work done on the roof to fit this was poor resulting in water into the roof space.As it was a tenanted property I had to have this fixed quickly and at my cost …. A pity as otherwise a good job.

Luke and his assistant did an excellent job replacing my boiler. Job took a bit longer than expected due to some poor quality old pipe fittings that needed to be replaced. Otherwise all went smoothly. Would recommend.

Luke gave us valuable advice and installed a new boiler and pressurized water tank to resolve our issue. Great work, tidy and cleaned up afterwards. Also, Luke replaced 4 old radiators at the same time. I would recommend Luke and will be asking him to install a new bathroom. Great work ethic.

Bathroom looks fine now, although the work started on time it was a bit of start stop start affair one or two things needed to be rectified ie the finishing, payment via cheque or cards not accepted shame as we like the security of paying that way,
