Employed S G Maintenance to re-fit a laminate floor in hallway and kitchen that had been damaged due to a flood. Is a pleasant and well mannered person. Worked very quickly. We were away when the work to install a replacement boiler was required and our eldest daughter house sat while the work was done. We were contacted by the engineer from time to time with any queries he had and the work continued. Upon our return we found the work done to a good standard, the place left clean and tidy, the old boiler taken away but the the old flue parts left for our disposal.

We needed an old gas fire to be made safe so that it can be removed from our property. Within just a couple of days of posting the request for help, George had sealed off the gas supply (and also helpfully disconnected the fire itself) all for a reasonable price. However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this.
