Absolutely fantastic service! The technician was incredibly professional from start to finish, and the job on the heating system was done not just well, but truly beyond our expectations. Gareth arrived promptly; he was very professional and helpful (especially considering there was an unknown back boiler lurking behind the gas fire!) which he also removed, made safe and then tested the gas supply for which involved having to go round the house to check for a detected leak and then resolve it. Really good guy and would highly recommend!

after finding a major gas leak in the Job I was on , I was obliged to find and fix the leak , in order to satisfy the customer I was with . unfortunately Mr winter was not happy with my explanation of "gas emergency" and was very abrupt in his reply to me . there for his appointment was cancelled . customer service is always at the forefront of our business, we pride ourselves on providing a reliable, honest service .

They Cancelled the appointment with 30 mins notice. No explanation offered until I pressed him, “gas emergency” was the excuse. He offered to fulfill the appointment at the same time the following day. I asked for a guarantee he would turn up. He responded cancelling the booking. Poor service. Unreliable.

Gareth turned up on time and worked hard with his colleague. The price was very good and no surprises. There were a few small leaks in the radiators after the boiler install but his team came round promptly after and fixed them all. Boiler has been installed for a couple of months now with no problems. Thank you.

Gareth installed a replacement combi boiler for us - Turned up exactly when he said he would, really neat job, great service for a great price - Couldn't ask for more. They also capped off an old gas fire we didn't use whilst he was here. Thanks guys. We finally don't need to keep the old boiler ticking along - Should have done it ages ago!
