Hi Alison Yes it can save you lots of money if you are good at it . Unfortunately some peoples expectations don't meet there skill level . Ending up costing more in the long run . And always get a professional in for working with electrics , water and gas jobs
Is there any way to stop the smell of gas blowing intermintently through the central heating vents on the outside of my friends house

Good evening mrs white Depending on what boiler you have supplying your heating , you can get a plume kit , this is an extra part which attaches to the flue on the outside and diverts the plume gasses away from any vents and windows . Gas safe regulation states that any flue shall be at least 300ml away from any window or vent . I hope this helps Thank you Gareth

after finding a major gas leak in the Job I was on , I was obliged to find and fix the leak , in order to satisfy the customer I was with . unfortunately Mr winter was not happy with my explanation of "gas emergency" and was very abrupt in his reply to me . there for his appointment was cancelled . customer service is always at the forefront of our business, we pride ourselves on providing a reliable, honest service .
