I was very impressed with Ian from start to finish. He promptly replied to visit and quote, arriving when he said he would to then providing a quote which was bespoke to my needs. Others pushed the brand and service they wanted to, however Ian listened and advised appropriately. The installation was done in a day and his approach, courtesy was very good, a pleasure to deal with. Having worked with a lot of tradesmen over time I can confidently say Ian is a rare find.

Top job, always turned up when promised and easy to get on with, generally and when pondering the challenges of the heating. Ian ended up having to replace the boiler as the old one turned out to be beyond economical repair. Did a nice job with the install and left the kitchen tidy. Installed a couple of new radiators as well with clean pipework and left everything tidy afterwards. Will happily use again.

We hired Ian to fit a new central heating system in our old 3-bed house. From the very contact, Ian conducted himself in a thoroughly professional way. Throughout the whole job, he kept us informed about his progress and continually cleaned up after himself. The standard of work is excellent. A friend of ours (who is a developer) saw the job and rated it as one of the best installs he has seen. I would recommend Ian to anyone - in fact, we have already asked him to quote on replacing our bathroom.
