We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. I had several very large bushes which I needed to be removed. When the team arrived to remove them we found that the trunks were much bigger than previously thought with roots growing under the paving stones. Haydn's team put a huge amount of effort into getting the job done and removed all the debris and garden rubbish that I had asked them to take. We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. Really impressive work by Lukas and his team on our home in Washington Street Brighton. Turned up when they said they would, finished the job when they promised. They did an excellent job on 3 rooms and an 18 foot tall hallway/staircase plus ceilings. A combination of removing some old plaster and replastering or boarding and skimming. Work really well finished - superb. He mostly dealt with my girlfriend and unlike most tradesmen she found him very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. We recommend him !
