Extremely Disappointed – Overcharged and Poor quality of work. I had a very disappointing experience with this plumber. Not only was I significantly overcharged for it, but the quality of the work was shockingly poor. The leak that he fixed appeared again after 1 week when called back I was given a quote of another £150 just to come over to identify issue I ended up having to bring in another professional to look into it and he confirmed the issue was the same, due to poor quality of work this happened agai

Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.

I could not fault the service I received from Richards & White. When I explained we were hoping to get this job done fairly quickly they were very accomodating. They were able to complete the job and send me a full copy of the written report that same day; both by post and email. Although I never met with them personally (they were carrying out the job on a house I was in process of buying) they were very polite and helpful in all communications. I would not hesitate to use Richard and White again and would highly recommend them.

Chris and Dan are v professional and polite. They have competitive prices which does not mean that they scrimp on the high quality of their work. Chris contacted me immediately, met me that evening and commenced work within days - v efficient. Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating.
