Steve fitted by radiators and new control panel today. And everything is working great . Iam nice and toastie now thank you. Arrived early, cleaned up afterwards and apart from the new radiators and warmth you'd never knew any work was carried out.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up. What makes this even worse is that they knew I had other appointments afterward, yet they completely disregarded my time. Their lack of professionalism and respect for my schedule was appalling. Ste, Scott, and Matt did a fantastic job updating my boiler. Brilliant job from start to finish. My apartment is quite complex to manoeuvre around, but everything was handled expertly and with great care, including staying a little overtime on the last day to make sure everything worked. Follow-up after the work to make sure the heating was working nicely. I really couldn't recommend them more highly.

Turned up early, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and the guy was really nice and friendly. Could possibly have got it done cheaper if I'd looked a bit harder but I just wanted it done and they did a great job, very pleased with the service I received.
