Chris provided a stunningly good service from the beginning quote to the finished product 4 weeks later. He fitted the work in quickly, sourced all the materials delivering new tiles for me to look at to my front door; and went all the way to Watford to fetch them because they weren't available locally; he communicated regularly, and oversaw the job in my absence. The entire refit was done in a week as promised, and the quality of everything is absolutely superb. My new bathroom is just stunning.

Fantastic Bathroom refurbishment done. Amazing team of professionals, punctual , tidy, organised and attention to detail excellent. Chris and his team recently completely refitted our bathroom. They've done an excellent job - and we'd definitely recommend Chris Reid Plumbing. The new layout, suggested by Chris, makes the space feel larger and more open. The work was booked a couple of months in advance, and carried out as promised. The team arrived punctually every day and maintained a clean and organized work area. They were respectful of our home and minimizing disruption. We are very pleased with the professionalism of the work.

Chris and his team gave our entire en - suite a new look. Excellent job. The shower had a step to get in. They managed to get the tray on the floor level and the whole area was retiled. A new boxed in toilet and vanity unit completed the look. Chris told us exactly what was going to happen each day and every night told us what time the tradesmen would arrive. Everyone was prompt professional and pleasant. Great job. We have asked him to quote for a full bathroom renovation. Highly recommended by us.

Chris was excellent from start to finish. From the first very discussion where he advised us on the best design and components etc. he came back multiple times as we were confirming tiles and construction and always explained clearly the process with Attention to detail. He accommodated our timescale, completing two bathrooms whilst we were on holiday, meaning zero mess and great bathrooms when we returned. Overall a great experience from start to finish,we highly recommend Chris and would use him again.

Chose Chris because of his brilliant reviews and I was not disappointed. With 25years experience he certainly knows what he's doing. Very organised with a good bunch of lads. Care was taken throughout, carpets covered up and left tidy each evening. Work completed in 6 days as quoted. I'm a 88 year old lady with mobility problems and Chris listened to my needs and came up with the right design A great guy. Absolutely love my new bathroom. Thank you Chris and sorry I took so long choosing tiles ! !

Chris and his team were absolutely amazing. He was able to fit us into his schedule at short notice due to a leak from our shower room into the kitchen and provided an A+ service from start to finish. Meticulous planning and scheduling of all elements as well as consistent communication keeping us up to speed with all elements of our bathroom makeover made the whole thing so easy. Kept the place very tidy and clean and put us at ease from coming round to look at what needed doing. Would highly recommend!

I was very impressed with how they made sure they cleaned up after themselves before they left.I would highly recommend him if you need a new bathroom or even a new kitchen. His work is first class. Fantastic job by Christopher and the team. They’ve done a great job with our bathroom and clearly take pride in their work. They were happy to work with me to do things the way I wanted where others complained. They were responsive at all times of the day and night and always provided updates on any work done when I wasn’t able to be at the house. They didn’t complain or even charge extra when asked for extra little bits that we’re not agreed upon in advance. Job finished in time as promised. A+
