We started looking in Mid Dec 25 for a bathroom change and what swing it for us was the professional approach and just a 5 day transformation.

An unbelievable service from Chris and his team. We had an En Suite and our bathroom done within 15 days. The quality of workmanship was outstanding and any unforeseen issues that occurred due to previous bad plumbing was fixed. Chris was very good when discussing ideas on what would work and what would not. His suggestions were in keeping with how we wanted the finished look, so we quite often went with his idea. The end result is one of spectacular style that we cannot stop looking at.

Chris provided a stunningly good service from the beginning quote to the finished product 4 weeks later. He fitted the work in quickly, sourced all the materials delivering new tiles for me to look at to my front door; and went all the way to Watford to fetch them because they weren't available locally; he communicated regularly, and oversaw the job in my absence. The entire refit was done in a week as promised, and the quality of everything is absolutely superb. My new bathroom is just stunning.

Chris and his team recently completely refitted our bathroom. They've done an excellent job - and we'd definitely recommend Chris Reid Plumbing. The new layout, suggested by Chris, makes the space feel larger and more open. The work was booked a couple of months in advance, and carried out as promised. The team arrived punctually every day and maintained a clean and organized work area. They were respectful of our home and minimizing disruption. We are very pleased with the professionalism of the work.

Chris and his team gave our entire en - suite a new look. Excellent job. The shower had a step to get in. They managed to get the tray on the floor level and the whole area was retiled. A new boxed in toilet and vanity unit completed the look. Chris told us exactly what was going to happen each day and every night told us what time the tradesmen would arrive. Everyone was prompt professional and pleasant. Great job. We have asked him to quote for a full bathroom renovation. Highly recommended by us.

Chris was excellent from start to finish. From the first very discussion where he advised us on the best design and components etc. he came back multiple times as we were confirming tiles and construction and always explained clearly the process with Attention to detail. He accommodated our timescale, completing two bathrooms whilst we were on holiday, meaning zero mess and great bathrooms when we returned. Overall a great experience from start to finish,we highly recommend Chris and would use him again.

Chose Chris because of his brilliant reviews and I was not disappointed. With 25years experience he certainly knows what he's doing. Very organised with a good bunch of lads. Care was taken throughout, carpets covered up and left tidy each evening. Work completed in 6 days as quoted. I'm a 88 year old lady with mobility problems and Chris listened to my needs and came up with the right design A great guy. Absolutely love my new bathroom. Thank you Chris and sorry I took so long choosing tiles ! !
