Very nice people, thorough work. Had some snags but not surprising given it is a 1930s house with some bizarre wiring, but they took it all in their stride.

I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. AGL were trustworthy and reliable and I have since made several recommendations to friends. I would definitely use them again.

Kyle misrepresented his credentials and failed to return to finish the job. He left me with a leaking cylinder and did not fit the compliant fire valve. This was 3 months ago and despite repeated efforts I can't get him to return and he has ghosted me. He also promised to certify the work but didnt. I believe this is because he is not a member of a CPS. He showed me a BPEC card but this is just to show he has done training , not that he is a member of a professional body. I am contacting trading standards

We hire Lee for three separate jobs based on his excellent feedback. He is initially very responsive and competitive. However all jobs have had to be reworked. One of those jobs resulted in a fire. Lee requested my bank details to repay me for fixing the work. I am still waiting 4 months later. AVOID

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

1. Paid extra £100 to fit cupboards, drilled right through the wall and tried to hide the hole with one of the pictures 2. didn't fit the bath panel 3. the toilet was not fixed to the floor (originally fixed) 4. the taps on the sink are loose & scratched enamel off sink. 5. Didn't cap radiator, water went through to utility room. Additional costs of painting & new light fitting. Additional cost for a professional plumber supposed to be in quote. Tiling good took longer than your initial quote of 4 days.

Excellent work from an extremely knowledgeable and helpful workman, despite the job being larger than originally envisaged. Phil was punctual, polite and extremely hardworking, offering advice and working around problems where any were found. He went around the entire kitchen and tested everything thoroughly after the work was completed, sent through safety/inspection certificates promptly. The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

He changed our fuse box £750 one wire was not connected he told us to phone him when we found out which socket it belong to we found the socket but dosnt answer calls or text think he blocked us would not advice hiring or if you do make sure all is done before paying
