Nick came to fit an extractor fan which I had bought. He quoted over the phone, was very reasonable and able to fit us in the following week. When he arrived he was very polite and professional. Completed the job very neatly and left the place clean and tidy. I deducted one star because the job couldn't be completed as planned due to no soffits and we had to revert to the alternative plan of vent through the roof. This wasn't a problem as I had a roofer coming anyway and nick reduced the price.
