Arrange a next day plumbers. Got message with expected times but no one showed up. After chasing was told it was a mistake and rearranged for the following day. Had to pay for a next day service which I never received. Person on phone said they are not trained to deal with that issue and would pass on the someone else but have not heard anything. Also emailed without a response.

We were that impressed with his standard of work that we also got him to fit a new kitchen which he sourced for us at a very good price. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We had this work undertaken 6 months ago. We have since had work undertaken by 2 other electricians in the house. Both electricians said the work undertaken by Mirek was both illegal and dangerous. We said we did not require a part P certificate to be issued as we didn't intend to move but expected the work to at least be of that quality. Work has had to be completely re-done. Very disappointed.
Watts electrical have been involved in every type of electrical works for the past 30 years, also security alarms / cctv / access control / and home automation. We are also NICEIC Approved contractor and have two million pounds insurance policy .

HPS were set quite a high specification to meet - a tricky andvery compact installation in an older property for a meticulous client. They did not disappoint once the customer's expectation of quality and his 'no compromise' approach were fully understood. The job took longer than anticipated - to HPS's credit they did not cut any corners and worked through to completion without leaving the job half finished. Most importantly HPS were fair, open and honest in the way they did business.
