I chose to go with Kieran because although he did not have any ratings after meeting him I could tell that he would do I good job and is passionate about his work. He kept within the budget and time and the end result was fantastic. I will definately be recommending Kieran to my friends and family and hope to use him again should we need any plastering doing. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. Victor was happy to help in purchasing materials but he gave me a list of what he wanted and I was happy to get everything. I had several very large bushes which I needed to be removed. When the team arrived to remove them we found that the trunks were much bigger than previously thought with roots growing under the paving stones. Haydn's team put a huge amount of effort into getting the job done and removed all the debris and garden rubbish that I had asked them to take. They gave a very good price and I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend them.
