Greg answered my request within minutes of posting the job. Communication to sort out the date and time of the service was swift and on the day Greg was extremely professional, talked through the service and filled in the service record book for the manufacturer. Another bonus was that Greg took photographs of the boiler readings and work should anything happen whilst it is under warranty. Highly recommended and I will be a returning customer.

They guidance on issues that would possibly arise from replacing a couple of radiators on a very old system. They submitted their quote quickly and were able to do the job quite soon after. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up. What makes this even worse is that they knew I had other appointments afterward, yet they completely disregarded my time. Their lack of professionalism and respect for my schedule was appalling. Ste, Scott, and Matt did a fantastic job updating my boiler. Brilliant job from start to finish. My apartment is quite complex to manoeuvre around, but everything was handled expertly and with great care, including staying a little overtime on the last day to make sure everything worked. Follow-up after the work to make sure the heating was working nicely. I really couldn't recommend them more highly.
