Josh did a great job in installing a new boiler and smart thermostat. Turned up on time, completed the job to my satisfaction and left the area clean and tidy. Easy to contact and good communication, so much so I have rebooked him for more work

I needed my open system boiler replaced with a combi boiler. Josh and his Father arrived at about 8.00am and got on straight away with the job. It was obvious that they had done this conversion before and knew exactly what to do. They completed the work in just over half a day.They cleaned up after them and gave me 2 year guarantee on their work.

Josh is a nice guy but the work he did was unprofessional and he never responds to call/text/email. He installed radiators and boiler in my house in December 2019. - He started two days after the promised start date - He left the pipe leaking from ceiling, which he took 4 weeks to come and fix it - He left old pipes and new pipes criss cross and the soldering mess in the loft everywhere - Left some radiator without regulator - Didn't filled the chased wall properly so needed to get someone to plaster it

After getting many quotes from all the usual places you would look for a big job like this, Josh was the first one to not behave like a double glazing salesman and gave me a fair and reasonable quote. Got quotes from a few other engineers, his quote was best. Promptly installed the boiler. Found a gas leak which required laying a new pipe. To my great relief quickly gave a quote and did that too, which meant we had hot water and a brand new boiler at the end of the day. Happy with his work. Would recommend.

Josh is a nice guy and always happy to help. His price was pretty much what we expected and we had no nasty surprises at the end! The job was to fully replace the central heating and Josh was the the only fitter who noticed straight away that we had insufficient pressure for a combi, but this didn't phase him and he replaced the whole system with relative ease.

I am very pleased with Josh and his two assistants. He came the following day for quote and day after installed the boiler at 2pm was all done and dusted. He suggested and installed a good brand with 35KW and also the best deal out of 4 quotes I had :). Josh is a great person to work with and happy to explain and answer any questions about the boilers.
