We were placed in a dangerous position with a cooker that had been installed incorrectly. Mark came out as soon as he could and was so helpful with his advise. He also said he would support us with a complaint should we need more information. Thank you so much Mark for your professionalism and compassion in a very worrying situation.

Mark was excellent in carrying out this job for my Mum. Friendly and professional he responded really quickly and did the job the same day. Also dealt really well with a few other jobs round the house which got sprung on him once he was there and was very accommodating. Did such a good job my mum has asked him to do future work. Highly highly recommend.

Mark was very knowledgeable, and found our electrical fault quite quickly. Only down side was he turned up nearly an hour late because of traffic, but he did let me know and gave me a 5 minute warning as he neared the house. I would use him again if I had any electrical issues.
