He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

They gave options for materials when doing the estimate and when the job had started. It was a good job, completed to time and within cost, with minimum disruption. He knows his stuff and did a fantastic job on a very tricky joint on fragile worktop where he was required to join two different depth pieces at an angle greater than 90 degrees. Lovely lads, very cheerful and hardworking. My garden was a jungle - totally overgrown with weeds and lots of rubbish.
