Came over for a quote, we agreed a date. I kept in touch asking if we were on track. Did not respond to most of my messages. Didn’t turn up on the agreee date or the revised date which I took days off for from work. Sells you the I’m honest reliable etc and is just a big waste of time. Don’t bother. When I called got a colleague to say he was sick and managing his phone line. People aren’t dumb!

Paramount, run by L.Adams & T.Kemp made a good job of ground clearing and were then offered the task of building a patio 4.5m x 3.5m and laying turf 5.3m x 20m, which they accepted. These tasks took almost four weeks on a daily rate. Delays caused by inexperience, lack of equipment and transport, and the correction of mistakes were many on the patio.Turfing o.k. They have not been asked to do any further work to finish the job. Not recommended, Patio looks amateurish.

We are a local church in London providing food bank and coffee mornings twice a week for the homeless. We requested for a complete repair of Fibre-glass roof which had licks Eclipse Roofing took £4000.00 pound for a complete repair and gave us 20 year warranty. The roof still lick and we have water everywhere. Fibre Matt was not installed the old Fibre not removed.presently we have had to suspend the coffee mornings because of licks to roof. We have consulted our lawyers and Citizen advise bureau.

We were contacted by the company who could pay us a visit extremely quickly. Despite a professional front A day after the job was ‘done’ the window started leaking again. I texted Roger and he read the message but didn’t reply. I asked my father to contact and Roger has repeatedly fobbed him off. Have offered them every chance to fix the window before leaving a review but no response. Has taken all my money and not fulfilled his “4 year guarantee”. AVOID!!

This Answer is irrelevant. 1. I did not cancel anything so far, it is you who has canceled without taking any responsibilities. Cleaner came only once so far instead of 4 times. I receive a message from company after a month: <<Hello Helen. After sitting down and working all the sums out unfortunately I am making a loss at your property .... so unfortunately I cannot carry on the service at your property.>> NO Customer service and even worse no ability to calculate. Nice gentleman. However, did not execute as described. Insisted that removing the rubbish stopped at dumping it into my bins. The other rubbish as shown in the picture was left for me to deal. I did not have much energy to argue with him as I felt he was tired.

Paul has placed the images on the site, you will note, that the tiling should start in the centre of the room, I.e. By going from each corner and determining the centre point. U will also not, that Paul, keeps going on about the layout between the 2 doors, which isn't and never has been in dispute, despite me explaining this on sight and via email. The tiling in-between the two walls (not the doors) is not centred, you can clearly see this on the photos.

I am happy with the work done, it did take longer than expected for various reasons but I was not in a particular rush. They are a very pleasant company to deal with.
Solo friendly groundworker covering all aspects of groundwork such as running new drainage pipes concreting slabbing paving kerbing fencing bricklaying tarmaccing underpinning excavation soakaways. I also cover small house maintenance jobs.

Matt was very friendly and attended promptly to replace an outdoor bottle gulley this had been fitted incorrectly by original builder from time property built. He problem solved the issue and installed a new bottle gulley.. I give this 5 star for his customer service as had to return to re adjust the the installation due to water overflow. But now all good and sorted.

One of Mick's employees did part one of the job for me, which was rather poor, and Mick said he would put it right when he did part two, which was the installation of a new staircase for which he re-quoted about £2000, which i accepted. After several attempts to contact him, he replied in a very abusive way, admitting he "didn't want to work round my ...house". Employ him at your peril!

STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .

I wish I could upload pictures to show how our bathroom was left. After the works were "complete" we had to hire another tiler to come and take it all down and start again. So disappointed to have to pay twice because the first job was done to such a poor standard. Everyone that has come over have said how outrageous the tiling is and it really did ruin the bathroom. The trim looks like an amateur did it, the tiles are hollow. There's a gap behind the pipes where it was just left uneven. So unprofessional.
